Question
3 weeks ago we got a 1 year old castrated male to be a friend for our 3 year old female intact pbp. we can't get her spayed due to medical problems. the first couple of days they fought hard and there was a lot of blood and scratches. They still squabble a lot with occasional fighting but the last two days they are getting very violent again with the younger one bleeding in his mouth. I am curious if they will become friends and if it is possible they will never get along. I am so tired of the fighting. Please advise. Thank you.

Answer
This is classic pig behavior. Very frustrating for us to watch.
The strongest one has to rule the roost.
After one pig submits, they will become friends.
But you must let them work it out and support the stronger pig.

Some people do the reverse, and it just prolongs the time until they can be friends.
But YES, they will become friends once there is a clear winner and he is allowed by you to dominate.
Good luck,
