I have a male mini pbp he let's his penis drag the ground most the time . Is this normal or do I need to take him to the vet?

Is your pig neutered? It's normal for an intact male pig to be extended most of the time. It's also normal for them to hump anything or even just hump air. They also foam at the mouth, and that's normal, too.

The situation is very different for neutered males. Neutered males rarely extend. They don't hump, and foam at the mouth only when they're upset, or teething, or hungry.
