bathing

when i first got my pot belly pig the person i got her from sayed i had to bath her it oatmeal is that true and if it is how often do i have to do it

Hello,
I don't know who told you to bath your piglet in oatmeal but they should have explained it better to you.
Pigs have a tendency to have dry skin so you don't want to give them a bath any more than necessary.
Unless they get dirty you don't need to bathe them.  Brush them everyday just like you would a dog.
When you do give your piglet a bath use a good shampoo like Infinity Plus which is made just for pigs.  You can purchase it at the Royal Dandie site on the product page.
Be careful not to get water on their face if they are squealing so it doesn't get in their lungs.
