Answer
Piglets sold through auctions or flea markets are exposed to all sorts of germs. Occasionally, they are accidentally injured, or sold before they can eat solid food.
Anytime a pig refuses to eat there's a problem.
Both piglets have just gone through a very stressful experience. Keep both piglets warm. If they are under 3 months they need pot-bellied pig starter food. Goat's milk is a good substitute for his mom's milk, powdered or instant goats milk works almost as well as fresh. Or, if it is available in your area, sow replacement formula will work, too.
If Wilbur is still sluggish or acting ill he will need to see a vet and possibly need a prescription.
An excellent book on pig care and training is Priscilla Valentines Potbellied Pig Behavior and Training. She explains how to socialize piglets, so Wilbur will be happy to let other people hold him.
