pot belly pig food?

QUESTION: My boyfriend got me a baby pot belly pig.  We don't know if it is a boy or a girl...how can you tell a difference?  It has just barley been winged from the mother.  Thanks so much!

ANSWER: Hello Very simple hold the piglet up and look under neither or flip it over for a breif second a male will have a penis a little ways up its stomach...several inches from its rear.... it would apper to be like that a male dog has...a females gentelia is all in the same spot.

QUESTION: What is best to feed a 3 week old pig?  I don't want it to get to big so what would be best to do to keep it fairly small as it grows?

Well the only way to keep a pig small I have heard and I warn you this is pure torture is too feed just enough to keep the pig thriving.....basicly enough to keep it alive I am persoanlly fully Against this and think tis a act of cruelty....you want the best for yuor pet and for him to be happy and healthy not sickly and small. Pot bellies get 50-300 pounds lats small for a pig most stay around 90/200. Also not sure where your keeping yuor pig but these are outdoor animals they need to play in the mud and root around to be happy and noone wants a 200 pound pig on there couch! quite frankly they have real bad  B.O! I assume such a young pigelt is still drinknig milk? I don't know enough to say how to feed a piglet milk but you should just leave  dish of the pig food for him to eat as much as he wants adding fresh veggies is great also. Oh and don't feed normal pig food this is very high in fat and normaly made to make pigs fat so they can be killed and eatten...there a pot belliedchows out there or as an alternive you can feed high quaility Rabbit pellets. THese guys also like weeds...ie dandilions that arent treated wihth any weed killers or fertilizers and they also enjoy hay.
