Porch training

Question
I have a male 5 month old who I am trying to make a porch pet. He is great expect wetting on the porch. He has marked his spots and goes back to them. Any suggestions on how to stop that habit? I've wash the porch so many times but he continues to use it as a place to potty.

Buy Nature's Miracle Enzyme cleaner at any Pet Store. It has good bacteria that gradually eats away the "bad" bacteria that causes the odor. Pigs sniff where they went before, and continue to use that spot.
We train all our pigs with it.
Be sure and use alot, it may take a week or two, but works.
Does he have an easy ramp or stairs to get down to go potty?
This could be the problem... the easier you make it for him to go down, the better.
