Answer
Three days is too long to go without going. Canned pumpkin often makes pigs poop. Car rides also have that effect on pigs that aren't used to riding in cars, the vibration seems to shake things loose, so to speak. So right now I'd give him canned pumpkin, and then take him for a ride in the car a few hours later. If that doesn't work, he'll need to see a vet because there may be a physical blockage or other problem.

At one month he is old enough to drink from a pan and eat starter or youth pot-bellied pig pellets, which have a nutritional balance closer to his needs. Start by mixing a few pellets in with his milk and let them soak a bit. At each meal increase the number of pellets until his food is like oatmeal, then begin reducing the amount of milk until he's eating just pellets.

Bottle feeding is cute and fun but pigs can inhale the liquid from the bottle, causing coughs or pneumonia. So switch him to pan feeding and pellets as quickly as possible for his meals. It's ok for him to drink from a bottle occasionally (and very practical if you're traveling with him and need to give him water!), but instead of milk or formula, use a little fruit juice diluted with a lot of water.
