Hi, I have a 5 month old hairless rat, and I was wondering if it would be okay to put a small stuffed animal in his cage. He likes to gnaw on things, and I'm not sure if it would be okay. What would be a smart thing to do?

As long as it doesn't have any plastic parts to it or bean-bag type filling it should be fine.  I would remove any of the stuffing that comes out, but I don't think it would hurt him at all.  He may actually cuddle up against it to keep warm =)
