she isnt walking with her arms

i came home the other night and my rat floyd(its a she) was liming so when i looked he up and down it seemed that her arm was swollen. so i thought maybe she just hurt herself. i let it be for a few days and it got worse both her arms were swollen and now she isnt using them or walking on them. i dont really have money to take her to the vet due to the fact that i just started college again. she is only a year old

Is there any redness along with the swelling?

Is she eating and drinking etc...?

Is there a way she may have fallen from somewhere high and gotten injured?

For now you need to help her eat. Give her baby foods that she can lick rather than need to hold.

Is she able to drink from her water bottle?
