my rats tails

QUESTION: hi :)
so, i have two pet rats; both are male. they get along pretty good, occasional fights will happen.
I'm worried now though, i noticed on Logan's (grey-hooded) tail he has this bump that's a greenish colour and it almost looks like a scab, but not really (if that made any sense).
Also just next to it is another small bump that's a brownish red colour. My other rat also seems to have this small brown-red scab thing, but not the large green one.
I'm wondering whether or not the large, green scab is dangerous or anything i should worry about. (More importantly, what is it???)

ANSWER: Sounds like Logan has an abscess on his tail.  Is there a way you can take a photo of it and you can attach it right to your follow up message??

It looks like an abscess.  What you should do is hold a warm compress on his tail best you can and after that try to remove the scab on it. Gently press it to excrete any pus inside.  Let me know how it goes. Use saline solution to clean it and rub neosporin on it as well.
