Answer
HELLO NIXON
YOUR SMART TO GET HER TO A AN AVAIRY VET TO BE CARED FOR.  I NEVER HEARD OF A BIRD WITH ASMA OR BREATHING PROBLEMS.  I WOULD NOT PUT ANYTHING INTO A BIRDS WATER, IT MUST DRINK AND WITH PILLS OR MEDS IN IT THE BIRD WILL NOT EVEN DRINK.
FEATHER PLUCKING IS BAD AND MOST HARD TO STOP ONCE IT STARTS.  SPRAYING THE AREA WITH BITTER APPLE SOMETIMES STOPS, BUT USUALLY THE BIRD HAS A REASON TO DO THIS EITHER FRUSTRATION, LONLINESS, BOREDOM, ETC.
PLAY A RADIO THEY LOVE MUSIC AND GET HER TO A VET.  DO NOT PUT ANYTHING DIFFERENT IN HER FOOD.  TRY SOME STRAIGHT BLACK SUN FLOWER SEEDS PLAIN AND SEE IF SHE EATS THOSE FOR A START, THEN START ON A FRUIT MIX OF SEED.

KIND REGARDS
