blue head pionus

Question
I have a female 8 month old pionus. What do you find their talking skills to be?

Answer
Pionus are not known for their talking ability. They can learn a couple of words, but their voices are extremely hard to understand. Pionus are much more better known for their quieter nature.  (most birds that are good talkers are also louder species- examples include Amazons, Indian Ringnecks, Quater Parakeets, etc...)
