Cockatiel pair not friends

Hello,
I have 2 cockatiels, both are about 6 months old, one mae and one female. The male had his wings clipped as a babay by a breeder and they have not fully grown back yet so he is not able to fly. The female picks on him a little, there is not a lot of fighting but they just don't seem to get along.

I am wondering first of all how long it will take for the male's wing to grow back?

And also if they are likely to get along better as they grow?

Hello, The first moult is normaly 6 months of age or a little after that after the feathers are moulted you will see that the flight feathers are replaced with fresh ones that will work for flying lol. Some birds are imcompatible if they start to bicker more I reccomend trying different partners\ and housing these two seperately.
