how can i tell if its a boy are girl?

& if i have a boy and girl how can they have babys??

if one of your crabs die & you want to get another one but your crab has been alone for awile

is it okaytoget another one?

Under it's body, on the back of it's 3 set of walking legs, it will have one small dot on each side. If it has those dots (gonopores) it's a girl, no dots . . . a boy.

Hermit Crabs will not have baby crabs in captivity unfortunately. All the crabs in all the petstores in the world use to be on a beach somewhere.

It's absolutely okay to get them together, just make sure they both have a dip in freshwater before you introduce them.
