What species do I have?

Question
I just got a new hermit crab and I'd like to know the species.
His (or her) name is Neelix ^_^
I'm hoping Neelix changes his shell soon to a natural one which I have 5 about his size in the tank all set for him.

Anyway! heres some pictures (I'm a first time owner so I was a little scared to touch him, thus the glove XD I know he won't pinch unless he feels his ganna' fall, but still :P)

After exploring a little last night he's hiding in his cocohut right now. The temp is 77f and the humidity is right at 80% right now.

I'm getting another one soon so Neelix won't get lonely.
Would you suggest I get one the same size, bigger, or smaller? I don't want them to shell fight of course. or try to eat each other when one molts >.<
I'm not sure what gallon the tank is. its square, 1 foot by 1 foot by 1 foot.

Ok from the pictures its hard to tell he looks like a purople pincher but I cant see the front of the big pincher in the pictures so if his big claw is purple he is a purple pincher. He needs a friend or two yest add lots of spare shells so they don't get into fights over them the tank is big enough for three or four crabs. You can mix the sizes with crabs I once had big crabs as big as yurs and large with a tiny Dime sized crab and he never got hurt.
