Question
Hey I have many more questions: heres 1

I got a guinea pig (Ginger is her name) June 4th 2003.... shes gonna be 1 year old in a few days! NEways a couple of months ago.. we bought another guinea pig.... (Autumn) we put them together..... (once again i cant tell if its a boy or girl) and they were fine Ginger is full grown and Autmn is small (not a baby  but small) Ginger would kinda push her around with her nose.... we put them in the cage and they were fine but ginger wouldn't let Autmn in her little igloo or drink water or eat..... Autumn lives with my dad and my stepmom but i have a feeling they want to kinda give her back.... so to make it easier what other teqniue should i try?

Answer
First of all Happy Birthday to Ginger! :) You really should make sure that they are the same gender, because if not then you shouldn't try to put them together unless you spay/neuter one of them. And if it turns out that Ginger is a girl and Autumn a boy, then it would NOT be good if Ginger got pregnant because she is too old.
If you had a problem before with Ginger bossing Autumn, I'd put in two of everything in the cage. Two water bottles, two foodbowl, etc.
Introduce them on neutral territory, so neither gets defensive of their territory. When I was introducing my two boars I used the method here; http://www.cavyspirit.com/sociallife.htm#Introductions and it worked well.
