arg, i think shes pregnant!

i have had my guinea pig almost a year, i got her 3 days after my first guinea pig (Baby) died while i was on vacation... i had only had her 6 months... :( but now my guinea pig Roxy is showing all the signs of being pregnant... she hads gained alot of weight in the past few weeks! plus shes being very defensive.... but, she's only about 1 year old (i got her at 4 months old) she was always very small untill all the sudden... and she's never been around a male guinea pig! ever.... while i have had her!? please help!

I think that if she has never been around a male she could be fat. If she is pregnant she will have to have a caeserian since she wont be able to give birth because she is over 1 year of age. Just wait and see. Or you could take her to get an ultrasound from the vet.
