Something Wrong With His Eye

Good-afternoon!!!!!!WELL I have  guinea pig and it has a problem with his eye.His eye is covered by a white thing and he always haves it closed.During all the day.What I should do about it.Any suggestions?Thank you.Have a good day!!!

I would take this animal to a veterinarian.  This may be an abcess, in which case I would want to have the vet take care of it.  If not, it is probably mucus and the vet can remove it and then tell you how to prevent things like this happening again (it happens when they get things in their eyes.)  But, since eyes are not something to mess with, and I cannot see the animal personally, I would take this animal to the vet.
