I'm not a vet, and I haven't seen the animal, but from what you've said, it sounds as though your guinea pig may be suffering from an impacted rectum.  This is characterized by large blocks of feces blocking the rectum, usually highly foul-smelling.  Sometimes the guinea pig can pass them on their own, but usually they require assistance.  If this is the case, I would have it diagnosed by a vet and take it as it comes.
