Sticky pigs

Hi. After I handle my GP girls, my hands are completley sticky! At first, I thought it was b/c they were stepping on their fruit. I bathed them and didn't give them any fruit as an experiement, but after 2 days, they were sticky again. So that wasn't it. Then, I had a bout with mange mites, so I thought it was from that. The mites have been gone for months now. They got baths after the mites and almost immediatley, they became sticky again. So, that wasn't it either. I realize you shouldn't bathe them a lot. I have had them for almost a year and they have had 3 baths. Is this stickiness coming from their grease spot? Do I not wash it good enough? I didn't know if you had come across this before? Thanks for your help.

To be totally honest with you, I haven't heard of a piggy being sticky before. It has not come up in any of my research so I am not sure that I can help you. Is it possible that they are lying in the place where they use as a toilet?
