Question
Our Puff had four babies 2 weeks ago.  This Saturday will be 3 weeks, and time for Choli to leave his sisters and mom.  I worry that he will be sad.  He is always close to his mom.  Puff only had the one boy, so he will be all by
himself.  Should I keep him in the same room in separate cage?  Can he just get mom PG or can he also get sisters PG?  Would it be best for him to go to a new home now?  I was going to keep every one till 6 weeks old, but if he is all by himself, would he be happier in a new home????

Answer
Hello Puff,

Keep him in the same room near his family where he can see, smell, and hear his family and he should be ok until you are ready to rehome him. Give him toys, possibly a stuffy, to keep him entertained. He can get his mom and sisters and any other family pregnant. I would keep him the full 6 weeks. It will give him time to adjust to being away from his family before he has to adjust to being in a new home as well.
