Cease - guinea pig

Hi! I noticed that my guinea pig has cease-like thing as big as the Jackstone ball on his neck or jaw part.... do you know what happened to him, because there's nothing new in his behavior that's why i didn't notice that he has that... Is he sick, is that sick dangerous or fatal? what will i do to remove that cease? we don't have any veterinarian here that specializes in guinea pig... thanks a lot... need you reply ASAP... appreciate your answer very much...

The big thing on his neck could possibly a tumor. A doctor could remove it and do test to find out if it's cancerous or not. Without a vet, there'nothing that youcan personally do and since there are none that specialize in small animals you're pretty much have to leave it alone. :/ I know it's sad to say there's nothing you can really do.
