what is wrong with her?

okay, i have a female guinea pig. (big mama) and i don't know how old, but she is a rare dalmation breed and is beautiful. i thought she was pregnant because of her big belly and her nipples. (full of milk). it has been over 4 months, and no babies. also, no signs of a miscarriage. (carcasses or anything gross)
WHAT IS GOING ON?

I am not a great expert when it comes to pregnancy, so if I were you I would take a trip to the vet who can give her a proper examination. It can be very difficult to give advice without me being able to see the animal.
