Question
My seemingly boy guinea pig just gave birth yesterday!! The babies and their
mother are fine, but they are so cute!! I wanted to know if you can touch babies
12 hours after birth, and if not, WHEN??!!

Answer
Maya,

You can touch the babies now, you really just need to wait till the mother has had time to clean them and nurse them so there is a bond. So all is good to go in touching them. :)

To keep mom fine and healthy, make sure she is getting fresh food with lots of vitamin C she is going to need it as long as she is nursing.

Good Luck to you and enjoy those babies!
