What is that???

I have a guinea pig and she has these orange looking bugs that are crawling in her hair and there are some white things i think their eggs. but there isnt any hair loss, its just those bugs that are making her itch so much. i know i should go to the vet but i am on a budget at the moment and cant afford it, is there a way where i can go to the local pet store and get something for her??

the orange bugs could be either ticks or a different form of mites. I would try buying some flea and tick spray. I'd then call the vet and ask what are the options like Ivermectin or Advantage. Those two have been both used to treat parasites, but I would talk to a vet about the correct dosage and stuff.
