pregnancy wih other sows

Hi,I have a pregnet guinea pig in her second pregnancy and i have seprated the boys from the girls the to girls (which is a mum and a daughter) live with the pregnet sow.And I was told that you can leave the pregnet sow with other females but im just not sure if that is the correct thing to do I have never left a pregnet sow with any of the other guinea pigs before.the pregnet sow gets along fine with the to other sows(which is her daughter and graddaughter) the graddaughter is only 2wks old and when the sow Millie gives birth is the baby allowed to be in there when the sow givs birth? andis the babys mum penny allowed to be in there aswell just in case the sow gets anowed or something?.And what i want to know is that is the o sows allowed to be in with the pregnet sow?.from kathleen.p.s My pregnet sow Millie is in her very lae pregnancy and is due any time and anyday now.

Dear Kathleen,
  There shouldn't be any problems with leaving the other sows in with the pregnant guinea pig.  If anything, it will help the newborns by socializing them with other guinea pigs.  However, if you do see any problems occurring, it would be wise to separate them.  Good luck with the new puppies!!
