Guinea pig fur loss on a piggy nose

QUESTION: So recently, my smaller guinea pig got a small patch of missing fur by his nose.
I didnt really give it a second thought, hes usually sort of rough with my other piggies.

But in the last two days, the balding spot has grown, and it's starting to scab. I'm a bit concerned because the spot is also close to his eye.

Thoughts or suggestions?

Ok this could be a skin disease or he has a growth starting to grow
If it does come close to his eye then you must take him to a vet or put some cream on to try to stop it
also Maybe you could try some antibacterial Spray or cream
Or Powder
Any one should be good
but it is best to just go to a vet first to see what he is

QUESTION: Thank you!
So i was looking through my cabinet, and I found some Neosporin. Do you think that could work temporarily until i can get him into the vet?
It usually takes a few days to have a vet that specializes in "exotic pets" to come in, and I dont want Bugger to get too uncomfortable.
