My hamsters are always itching, but one always squeaks when it is sleeping

yea my hamsters are always itching!!! their both males, but one
of them when their sleeping and it moves it squeaks, is that
bad? like it squeaks softly, do you think it has mites!?!?!?!?
please say no! if it is, what can i do to make it stop and make it
better, instead of going to the vet! tell me as soon as possible!!!!
PLEASE ITS URGENT!!!!

hello, well it's normal for hamsters to scratch and groom themselves and the squeaking is normal. :-) If you notice any fur loss then it could be mites. I would check their fur and make sure you don't see any mites or fleas. If you see anything moving buy some mite spray. Generally, mite spray normally kills fleas and ticks. The mite spray you can find in a bird aisle. Good luck. :-)
