Question
My mother's class decided to have a pet this year in the classroom. Hamsters was their choice. They thought they had picked two girls, however when the mother had babies on a monday morning three weeks ago. We know that it's time to separate the girls from the boys but we're not really sure how to tell the difference. Could you please give me some tips on telling the different genders apart from one another?     HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Answer
Hello, well you gotta seperate them asap. What type of hamster are they? Because if they aren't dwarf hamsters you should buy several cages for all of them so they can each live by themselves because hamsters are cannibals and my biggest concern is that the children will wake up one morning and notice something really horrible has taken place. The best way for you to sex them is with the link I'm going to give you. I don't like to describe how to sex animals I prefer to show a website link because it's easier for you to decide. Here is the link. I hope it helps.
