QUESTION: Thank you

They are Syrian Hamster
ANSWER: Hi Salah,

Syrian hamsters are solitary and territorial, which means they like to live alone. The male should not be put back in the cage with the female because they will fight and one or both could be hurt or worse.
The babies can be separated from the Mother and each other (boys in one cage, girls in another) when they are 3 weeks old.
When the babies are 5-6 weeks old, they are ready to go to their new homes.

Answer
Hello again Salah,

A female Syrian hamster should not have more than 2 litters and you should wait a least 3 months (from the time she had this litter) before breeding her again.
After that time is up and you want more babies, then when the female is in season (heat) you can place her in the males cage to be bred.

You have some special hamsters. It is very rare for Syrian hamsters to live together in the same cage and not fight or hurt one another.
