baby hamsters and mother

i just cleaned my hamsters cage from two weeks of nursing. but i am afaid the mother is plauin with the children after i placed them back in thr cage wat can i o how can i stop the mother from playing with the children i dont no if  she wants to kill them.

Hi Kelly,

    The Mother is not hurting the babies (even though it may look like it sometimes), she is teaching them. Sometimes she may even pick them up by their leg or behind their head (neck). This is normal, Mom is just doing her job. No need to worry.
