I just bought a teddy hamster and it seems petrafied

Question
I bought a teddy hamster from a local pet store in a small town. It was in a
small cage with her sisters (3 of them), I bought a 3 story cage (with a a water
nibblet, ladders, and a wheel), a small bag of food. When i got home, i
shredded some paper, put in a small cube of birch wood, and a empty toilet
paper roll. She was checking things out, she even climbed upside down, she
was super adventuress. Now she jus tries 2 sleep in her food dish, and when i
come in  my bedroom (thats where I'm keeping her because i have 3 cats that
never enter my room), she jus freezes and looks away, i try talking 2 her and
when she walks 2ward me, she looks like she's stretching. This is my first day
having here, is there anything i should look for?

thank you for your question.
I think that everything is fine with your hamster, she just needs to get used to her new home and to you. Offer her treats on your hand or just put your hand in the cage, but don't try to hold her until she's comfortable with sitting on your hand. This may take a while, but hamsters are curious and usually enjoy being taken out of their cage.
