chinaese dwraf hamster

we recently got two chinese dwarf hamsters outof same litter for 6days both fine,then 7th day one of them is now lifeless shaking bloody nose and just lys on its belly not moving much eyes closed most of the time ,has been like this a full day now we so worried

Hi Leanne,

please take the injured hamster to the vets straight away.

I had the same thing happen to me and although i cleaned the hamsters wounds and kept her warm, she died.

It sounds like you hamsters have been fighting - it may be that your hamsters are solitary - i have three of them!

Let me know how get on at the vets.
