injured hamster

While my son and I were playing with our robo hamster,he crawled inside a toy army tank, through a very small hole.  We were going to take the tank apart when he finally came out, however, he was dragging both back legs behind him.  He did this for about 15 seconds, and then started using the legs again.  Once we got him back into his cage, he ate a bit but is tentative about moving around.  I intitially thought he broke both back legs or crushed his back, but he can walk.  If he was is pain, would he cry?  If he does not look good tomorrow morning, I am taking him to the vet, but I'm just hoping he doesn't die.

i am sorry to hear about your hamster.

He doesnt seem to have broken his legs if he is moving them and yes, he would let you know if he was in pain.

Just keep an eye on him and if he doesnt seem right then take him to the vets.
