My gerbil wil not stop diging in my hand!

Hi, i have two gerbils one is nice and so is the other one. but on of them keep digging in my hand it it hurts really bad they also bite its because they love to go in and out of fingers if it isn't the right finger he will bite and try to go threw. is there any way i can teach him not to do that. and if so please tell me thanks.

thank you for your question.
I don't think that there is very much you can do to stop this. You can try to put them down every time they do it if they really enjoy being held and/or give them a small treat while they are not doing it to reinforce the behaviour you want. But on the whole it's pretty normal gerbil behaviour.
