Question
well mr.waffles my ferret is dehydrated. he doesn't have diarrhea nor does he vomit. he eats and drinks but i noticed that he doesn't like drinking from his suspensor and prefers water dishes but i cant give that to him without supervision because he always tips it. i don't think it could be anything else because he's fine except for being dehydrated so i bought pedialyte for him but no one gives me the exact measurements to give him. i do have a syringe to give it to him. so the point is how much do i give him with the syringe and how often???

Answer
If you think he is dehydrated, you need to get him to a vet ASAP.  Dehydration is a symptom of something else that you can't fix with Pedialyte.  Also, you can't generally give a ferret enough fluid orally and it should be done at the vets office through an IV.
