Beardie Veggies...

Question
Hello,

I have a problem... 2 actually.
1) My baby beardie won't touch her veggies. She only eats yellow bell peppers(I tried all other colours too). Recently I introduced green peas to her and she loves them.
2)Most of the good greens like Collard Greens,Mustard Greens,Dandelion Greens,Turnip Greens,Escarole,Alfalfa that everyone recommends are not available where I live. No one uses these veggies. So I researched untill I found what I hope is the solution. It is T rex powder, and I can use it with a veggie that has very little to no nutritional value such as lettuce and still get the benefits. So it's a perfect fix.
So is it? I'm using it now, and she seems to like it.
I always offer her lettuce, peas, bell peppers, parsely, celery, etc all dusted with the powder. She eats parsley SOMETIMES but mostly yellow BP and peas.

The product I use is called T-Rex Dragon Dust Vegetable Growth

Answer
Hello, baby bearded dragons will not usually start to eat vegetables for awhile until they mature a bit. It is good that yours is eating a little bit. If your bearded dragon is still active, eating, and is hydrated well then you should keep using the t-rex powder. I myself have not used this before but i have seen it over other websites and it seems to work well. My bearded dragons are on a lettuce/cricket diet along with my new hatchlings. Make sure he/she is getting its insect nutrition while you are offering he/she the vegetables.
