Behavioral questions

Hello, i have a couple questions about my bearded dragons, we just got a male and a female about a month ago, they are very healthy.
My first question is when do they usually mate? i know they have previously mated before, is there something i could do to make it more comfortable for them to mate?
second, my female recently changed colors, to a more darker brown, should i be worried?
third, if they mate and have eggs what is the best way to care for/incubate them?

Bearded dragons will only mate after brumating which is during the cold winter months. At january they are ready to breed. If they lay eggs they need an incubator for them and proper layout, now is not the proper time for you to mate them as you just got them. You should wait a year or two to when you are more experienced.
