wierd habits

okay i have had my beardie for about 6 months and he just recently  stared sleeping very weird he sleeps on top of his legs . there turned and he lays on them sometimes i think there broken but during the day he walks on them just fine, I s this normal??? Also there are days were he eats just fine and then there are times were he won't eat for days does that mean he sick or sad or something??? Also i have to watch him very closely because he will, willfully eat rocks is that normal ??

Hello, sleeping on his legs can be a common sleeping habit. If he walks fine and runs around there should be no problem. If he seems active, sleeping right, and not looking sick then he should be fine. You need to change the substrate that he lives on, Calci-sand or play sand is usually the best to use because they cannot eat anything in it and get impacted. If he continues to eat rocks he may get impaction then, he will need to see a vet. But the best thing to do is just to have a yearly vet check up. You should take him in just for a normal checkup.
