Question
hi i have a 3 year old female and a 1 year old male, my male is doing fine he eats all his veggies and crickets i put in his cage but she for the past week wont eat anything, only her veggies. shes always digging in the corners of her tank and bobbing her head, my question is, is she trying to get to the male and should i put them in the tank together

Answer
Hello, She may be trying to get to the male, do not put them together until they are 18 months or older. When they become of age if you are ready to be taking care of a large amount of eggs and babies then let them mate. If not, do not put them together at all. Bearded dragons mated at a young age will usually result in genetic disorders in the babies or infertile eggs.
