Signs of an Upper Respiratory infection

Question
Hello,
thank you for taking the time to listen!
My Bearded Dragon is about 9 months old, 15" long. She is housed in a 40 gal tank (18"x36"x18") with uva&b light and the appropriate basking temperature. She is fed crickets and collared greens. And of course fruit and veggie treats such as blueberries. She gets a bath almost nightly.
In the last 4 months, I have heard her open her mouth slightly and let out a  quiet whistle twice. Also, if she is on my shoulder, and I pick her up, I can sometimes hear her breathe like air is being pushed out, it actually almost sounds like a whimper.
I have been told the whistle is a sign of an Upper Respiratory Infection. I cant find very much info about an URI besides clicking, bubble blowing, mucas etc. and she does not exhibit any of these symptoms, just the two mentioned.
Any advice, signs to look for or somewhere I could get further information?

Thank you very much for your time!

Answer
The only advice ice that i can and will give you is that you need to go take her to a vet, bearded dragons usually open their mouths to let heat that is not needed out but doing this while making sounds could mean an URI. To the vet, should get her looked at ASAP.
