lactating bitch

my dog is 7 years old and i have never delt with having a pregnant dog and the other week i noticed that she is producing breast milk. i have no i dea is she is pregnant i had no reason to believe she was but i just moved and i let her out front unattended and i am not sure if ne dogs have gotten ahold of her. could this be a sign she is or that she may go into heat?

If she was in heat when left "unattended", then there is a chance that she could have been bred.

She could also be in a false pregnancy.  

7 is old to be having a litter, you may want to take your female to the vet for x-rays and to discuss your next steps.
