Yorkie mating

We have a 14 month old female yorkie. She is in heat and we are trying to mate her with a 2 year old yorkie. She will not let the male have her, but she jumps on toy animals like she is a boy dog. Is there something wrong with our yorkie, and what can we do to help her mate. This is the second time we have tried to mate her, and she has done the same thing both times. To me she seems to think she is a boy dog.

Sounds like she's a dominant female.  Humping is about dominance not sex.  The male you picked may not interest her by being a "strong" leader.

You need to hold her and bring the male around to the business end and hold her until a tie occurs.
