QuestionWe just adopted our second retired racer. He is a red brindle and I would like to improve his coat overall (especially on his rump and tail from kennel rubbing) and achieve a nice sheen. I have a rubber curry brush and grooming gloves. Thanks!
AnswerYour grooming tools are good. However, diet may end up to be more important then your grooming tools. Feed him a quaulity dog food..one that the first ingredient is meat..not corn. You could also add a tablespoon of peanut oil to his food to give him a head start.
