Cold Weather

Turbie Our neighbors dog is kept outside in the coldest weather, a black lab about 9 or 10, we have been taken her in our garage and gave her a thermal bed and blanket, she seems content, neighbor ok with this, we are doing the right thing for the dog , sometimes temp drops to 25. Also feed her 2 x a day and loce her all day, she never goes home and they don't look for her, did we the right thing.

What you are doing is a good thing. There may be other, better solutions, but I am not sure just what. I am very disappointed in your neighbor. If they don't want the dog, they would be better off giving it to you of somebody else that would give it a good home.
