House breaking after neutering

Question
My male Fox Terrier is 21 weeks old.He was neutered this past Monday. He hasn't gone the bathroom in our home for almost 1 month.Since being neutered he has been urinating frequently in the house. We brought him to our Vet.He had a urine test.He doesn't have a urinary infection. He also had blood work done the same day he was neutered. His functions were all normal. Is it possible that the neutering did something to him psychologically?I am starting the house breaking process again with him.Ever heard of this or should I be concerned? Thank you

Answer
Walter, I have never heard of a male dog having incontinency issues after neutering and if your vet has ruled out anything medical I would have to believe his situation is behavioral.  I think going back to housebreaking basics with him is the right thing to do.  If it continues I would certainly discuss it further with your vet to see what additional steps could be taken.  Good luck!
