He wont go outside!!!!!

hi,

I have about 12 week old chichuachua now and I have only had him about a week.How do I train him to go outside to use the bathroom.I walk him every 2-3 hours and he will go outside but the come in the house and use it ....and when he does won't use the puppy pads.How do i break him in useing the bathroom outside? And what do I do to make sure he knows he's not allowed to use the bathroom in the house ...I mean what do I say or do to make it seem to him he's in trouble and he better no do that again?Please help me his going everywhere!!!!

Hello, Take the puppy out:

after naps

after eating

after drinking

after playing or every hour otherwise, don't take your eyes of the puppy when you do put him in a crate,

no indoor puppy pads if you want him to use the yard....when he makes a mistake say NO and take him outdoor for a qucik releave if he doesnt go after ten minutes he doenst need to go and is just going to try play...during potty breaks you dont want the dog to play...you can play after he has gone but not before.
