I have a 16 year old KEESHEHOUND MAX it take's him about 15 to 30 minutes to really get going after he lay's for awhile. What can i do to ease his pain. Thank You BILL

It sounds like he is developing some arthritis.  You can try adding a glucosamine supplement to his diet to see if that helps.  Glucosamine won't cure anything, but it can slow the progress of any future damage to the joints.  I would also recommend taking him to your vet.  They can prescribe some anti-inflammatories or even pain meds for him if it is severe enough.  There is also a medicine called Adequan, that is an given as injection that can help with joints that your vet may want to try as well.
