When to feed my miniature schnauzer

I live in an apartment and I'm not at home most of the day
what is the best time to feed Max to prevent any problems
with him having to hold it too long until I Return?

Hello, You would be better feeding him in the morning and letting him out a few minutes before you leave. Some people only feed there dogs Once a day I feed mine twice daily and feel it keeps them full for the whole day instead of full only until late afternoon. I don't reccomend free feeding...leaving food down all the time as it causes very fat dogs! I know from experiance and now all my dogs are fed twice daily at shedualed times no matter what.
