My Blue Nose Pitbull

I got my blue nose when she was 6 months old from a friend of the family. There was and still is this red "thing" that sticks out of her vagina area, and its been there for the past two months. I have no idea what this might be!! Please help!

Without knowing really what shape, length, or what it looks like I can't tell you what it is.  I recommend you take her to the vet and have an exam done to see what it is.  It may be some kind of growth that is easily removed.
